Hi, I'm Mark Lopez, CFO (Chef/Farmer/Owner) of Crave Catering and Gather and Feast Farm.

Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my family farm. My culinary passion was kindled in childhood by my Mother, cooking weekly family meals and growing vegetables in our backyard garden. This has grown over a 38-year journey through various roles in the food industry. At 25, I opened my first restaurant in Portland, which would turn into Crave Catering. My commitment to building a diverse, collaborative team has been a cornerstone of my success. Seeing the loss of farmland and the vital role small farms play in the local community helped me expand my vision by purchasing this 20-acre farm in 2017. With a focus on organic produce, livestock, and hosting events. My journey has been about resilience and this ethos drives me to create a better business, nurture my team, and continually strive to make the world a better place through food and community.
